The Hader Clinic Queensland is Queensland’s only private alcohol and drug rehabilitation centre to have national accreditation from the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards (ACHS).

What is the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards?

The Australian Council on Healthcare Standards (ACHS) is an independent, not-for-profit organisation, dedicated to improving quality in health care.

For over 40 years, ACHS has been committed to ensuring that healthcare standards are current, comprehensive and offer best practice.

The ACHS is the agency that ensures health facilities including hospitals, residential care centres and private healthcare providers meet national safety and quality standards.

Why accreditation is important

Healthcare accreditation is an external, independent review of our quality of care and services.

It is an internationally recognised evaluation process used to assess and improve our quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of our rehabilitation services. It is a way for you to know that our rehab has met national quality standards.

If you are struggling with a drug or alcohol addiction and are ready to seek treatment, it can be hard to know which private rehab to trust your recovery with. This accreditation provides the reassurance that we have been assessed against strict national quality and safety standards and given the stamp of approval.

We have received EQuIP6 accreditation.

EQuIP6 focuses on the issues considered to be of the greatest importance in providing safe, high quality health care. The standards have been developed in consultation with the healthcare industry and address the clinical, support and corporate functions of the organisation.
