Outpatient Program

The aftercare program is designed to help recovering addicts continue the process of reintegration with their lives outside of rehab, providing ongoing monitoring and support.

The outpatient program is designed to help residents continue the process of reintegration with their lives outside of rehab, providing ongoing monitoring and support.

After completing the 12-week residential rehabilitation treatment program or the transitional housing program clients are able to undertake our outpatient program, which runs three days a week.

The outpatient program is designed to help individuals continue the process of reintegration with their lives outside of residential treatment, providing ongoing accountability and support. The risk of relapse is reduced for clients completing the outpatient program when compared with those who do not engage in other treatment options following their residential addiction treatment.

The program runs for a minimum of four weeks and can continue indefinitely until the clients feels they are able to live drug or alcohol free on their own.

What is included in the aftercare program

• Weekly individual counselling sessions
• Weekly group psychoeducation sessions
• Regular drug and alcohol testing
• Facilitation of 12 Step programs
• Twice monthly family support & education group sessions
