By talking with your personal counsellor, you can challenge negative and unhelpful thinking. Your counsellor will help you identify ways to break down overwhelming and damaging thoughts into smaller more manageable pieces.

Individual counselling can be extremely effective for people with addiction, anxiety, depression, eating disorders and mental health problems. Counselling will help you change the way you think about yourself and your life in order to change your reality.

In addition to individual counselling, we recommend group therapy. Other therapies such as family therapy and art therapy may be right for you too. Your counsellors will talk to you about your treatment plan during your admission to the Hader Clinic Queensland.
