NDIS
The Hader Clinic Queensland is a registered NDIS Provider.
People who suffer from psycho-social disabilities (mental health conditions) that are made worse by a drug or alcohol addiction may be able to receive funding from the NDIS to enter our residential treatment program.
Who is eligible?
You may be eligible for the NDIS if:
- You are under 65 years old
- You live permanently in Australia or are an Australian citizen, permanent resident or hold a protected special category visa
- Your mental illness is permanent or life long and affects your ability to do everyday things
Do I meet the disability requirements?
The impairment or impairments are or are likely to be permanent and impact functioning in the following areas;
- Communication
- Social interaction
- Learning
- Self-care
- Self-management
The impairment is also likely to affect the persons capacity for social and economic participation and the person is likely to require support under the NDIS for the person’s lifetime.
How do I apply for NDIS funding?
Firstly you should contact us for a free assessment to discuss your situation, medical and addiction history. If you are eligible for NDIS funding our client liaison team will advise on the next steps to apply for the NDIS funding.
