Family & Transition Coordinator / Registered Counsellor
Olivia has over 5 years’ experience working in the AOD Sector supporting and counselling both individuals and families impacted by substance abuse and dependence. Olivia has worked in both a therapeutic community (TC) as well as an outpatient counselling service and brings years of personal experience having been exposed to the impacts of addiction from a young age. Olivia is a qualified Counsellor registered with Queensland Counsellor’s Association (QCA) and Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA). Olivia has a genuine interest, understanding and compassion for individuals and families in recovery from addiction and mental health related issues. Olivia provides empathic support and gently challenges clients to develop insight into their current issues, thoughts and behaviours to create positive, lasting change in their lives.
Hayden is our Client Liaison and has always had a passion for helping others. Hayden is a recovering alcoholic who also has a loved one who has attended the Hader Clinic Queensland’s program. He understands first hand the effects of being an addict and living with an addict. Hayden has seen the benefit for not only the person suffering from addiction but the family as a unit. Hayden has studied in the area of Justice and has an understanding of the court system. He is able to guide the addict and families through the best way to navigate the legal system while completing treatment in order to get the best outcomes in both recovery and the judicial system.
